    Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), the wrong size or product, please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference. Important: Please state your order ID.

  • ARE ALL PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE IN STOCK?

    All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. If an item is out of stock this will be stated on the product’s page.

    In case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock in the warehouse due to a miscount you will be notified via email and receive a refund for the missing item(s).

DELIVERY

  • HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

    All orders are shipped with standard postal services from our warehouse in the Netherlands. It takes 1 – 3 business days to receive your order if the address it has to be delivered to, is located in The Netherlands. Delivery addresses in Belgium will take about a day longer. However, please note that this time is an estimate and depends on the local postal service in your country.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN’T BEEN DELIVERED YET?

    If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 5 business days and you haven’t received your order. please contact us.

      Within 14 business days after you have payed your order, you have the right to return all products you have bought from www.alfred-socks.com for a full refund of the price that you have paid for the products (so, without shipment costs). Payment will only happen after we have received the goods at the following address:
      Alfred S*cks / Alma Tademastraat 8 / 8921 BW / Leeuwarden / The Netherlands.

    • After 14 business days,  you do not have the right to return the products you have bought. But contact us, so we can find a solution, that might include the option for you to return the products you have bought after all.
