RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • You have the right to return all products you have bought from www.alfred-socks.com for a full refund or exchange within 14 business days of payment of your order. Items bought from our online store can not be returned or exchanged in a retail or concept store. Items bought in a retail or concept store can not be returned to or refunded by Alfred S*cks. When items are bought in a retail or concept store, you should contact that store for their refund policy.

Please make sure to follow these steps to ensure your return is processed correctly and efficiently:

 1. Communicate your return request

  • Contact sus with your return request to ensure a smooth and correct process, stating which products you wish to return and the reason. Your feedback helps us to improve our products and services!

2. Returning your items

  • Within 14 business days after you have payed your order, you have the right to return all products you have bought from www.alfred-socks.com for a full refund of the price that you have paid for the products (so, without shipment costs). Payment will only happen after we have received the goods at the following address:
    Alfred S*cks / Alma Tademastraat 8 / 8921 BW / Leeuwarden / The Netherlands.
  • After 14 business days,  you do not have the right to return the products you have bought. But contact us, so we can find a solution, that might include the option for you to return the products you have bought after all.
  • Send your items in original/sealed packaging (if applicable) and with the label intact along with the order number.
  • Include instructions on how we should process your return (e.g. for refund, for exchange to another size, style, etc.)
  • For exchanges, please clarify the alternative product by specifying SKU/item number and size 
    (please note that exchanges must be for applicable products of equal or lesser value)
  • As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you an email confirmation. Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs and that you are responsible for items lost in shipping.
